Quality Outcomes

All student outcomes reported by Communities In Schools of the Big Country require supportive documentation (Report Cards, Attendance Records, and/or Teacher Feedback) before they are accepted by Texas Education Agency (TEA). TEA requires all Communities In Schools affiliates to comply with its Policies, Standards, & Procedures Manual (PSPM), which provides specific guidelines for program operations and student data management for each school campus served. All Communities In Schools affiliates are also required to comply with Total Quality System (TQS), a comprehensive set of business and program standards established by the CIS National Office that are aimed to strengthen non-profit organizational performance and promote sound student support practices.
